About Us
We are small family run business with 30 years experience in the domestic kitchen & bathroom refurbishment trade. Offering high quality renovations and full installations carefully designed to meet your needs at sensible budget prices.
We originally started our business in Belper in Derbyshire under the name Belper Kitchens & Bathrooms (BKB) but as we have grown we have been able to offer our services to a wider audience. Our bathrooms are carefully designed to meet your own requirements. We can rip out and install your new designed bathroom in just a couple of days, causing you minimum disruption in the process. We fit full bathroom installs as well as en-suite and cloakrooms.

What to Expect: From First Contact to Completion
Contact & Consultation
Once you reach out, we’ll get in touch to arrange a free, no-pressure consultation at your convenience. This typically lasts around 15–20 minutes, during which we’ll measure, survey, and discuss your project requirements. We often provide a ballpark estimate on the spot to help you understand potential costs.
Design & Quotation
Next, we’ll create a detailed computer-generated design along with an accurate quote tailored to your specifications. This is sent via email or discussed over the phone. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design, give feedback, and let us know if you’d like to proceed.
Choosing Your Style
If you decide to move forward, we’ll invite you to visit our showroom. Here, you can explore and select:
- Worktop surfaces
- Unit and door colours & styles
- Handles and fixtures
- Appliances, sinks, and taps We also offer additional services such as flooring, wall tiling, extra electrics, and minor building work if required.
Booking & Final Steps
Once your selections are finalized:
- We’ll prepare the contract and schedule your fitting date.
- You’ll be asked to double-check the paperwork and pay a deposit to secure your slot.
The Fitting Process
Our installation team will arrive on the scheduled date—usually around 9 a.m., depending on your location. They’ll:
- Remove any existing kitchen or bathroom setup
- Prepare the area for fitting
- Install all units, squared off to the walls
- Fit plumbing, appliances, doors, drawers, and protect surfaces during installation
- Complete the job with worktops, splashbacks, and fixtures
Completion & Aftercare
Once everything’s completed to the agreed specifications, we’ll ask for the final balance. And if you notice any issues or need additional work afterwards, just call us—we’ll arrange a prompt resolution.
